Satisfaction Policy. We offer the best satisfaction policy to ensure that our clients are provided with the highest quality services available. Our policy is to work with great care in making sure that you get the results you want.

All spells listed by our spell casters will be customised to your situation, our attention to detail provides you with the highest quality work to bring you the results you desire. Our proven spells bring people results that would not be possible without the help of our services. Each proven spell will bring you a step closer to the life of your own choosing. We appreciate each and every client that turns to us for assistance. We take pride in our craft and our premium services – there is no need to worry because the outcome is just as important to us as it is to you.

Make a sure investment in your spell request by envisioning a totally successful future. We will endeavour to bring about the results you paid for, as we have for countless other clients before you. In the event of a spell taking longer to manifest we will not apologise and refund your money, instead we will revise your case, find the reason, then give you the choice of a free recast or a great discount towards a spell that is targeted to a different aspect of your situation.

Our satisfaction policy protects clients who demand meaningful results from our spell casting efforts. Our commitment is to bring resolution to your situation by providing the results we advertise. We only seek to provide for you with positive results and only require that you accept our gifts with an open heart so that we can work with you every step of the way to allow happiness and love to come into your life.

All our spells are crafted with the highest of quality materials and commitment. If you are not 100% satisfied with the results of your spell and/or you have any concern, we will discuss your concerns with you and provide you with the successful actions of solving a problem. Our service provides you with the most experienced spell casters and a track record to prove it. You will not find better, more experienced spell casters anywhere, or at any price. Payment Terms. Due to the difficulty with debt collection, all payments for spell requests must be tendered in advance or COD. Bank transfer and PayPal payments accepted. Please direct your payment preference type to Spell Witch at the time of your service request. Please note that all purchases made via our website are done through the third party platform(s) PayPal, so please be familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use for this third party platform. Spell Witch is not liable for any mishandling by this third party platform. In the event of third party mishandling, your claim will be with PayPal directly. Spell Witch does not accept checks or money orders. If your credit card is declined or payment is not properly transferred due to deficiencies on your end, then Spell Witch will be entitled to the balance owed plus a 25% interest as additional charge for the deficiency.

If you book a spell casting service, then we rely on your representation that you will fulfill your end of the arrangement. All sales are final and therefore once offer and acceptance have been confirmed, you will be bound to the terms. Again, this is due to our busy schedule. You are responsible to pay for the Spell Witch Services in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. If you have selected a payment plan and you miss a payment, your account status will be changed to “delinquent.” You will immediately lose access to future Services and Bonuses until all payments are made in full.

If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the Company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the Company’s sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing. To be clear, Spell Witch is not a “pay in part” Service where you can pay only for access to certain Services and not others. Services must be paid in full and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable.

Service Requested is Not Time Sensitive. You understand and acknowledge that the service you have requested is not urgent and that time is not of the essence. If, however, your inquiry is urgent or time-sensitive, then separate, additional, written arrangements need to be made with Spell Witch. If no such documented, written arrangements are made on timing of delivery, then you hereby assure us that your request and needs are not time-sensitive.

Refund Policy for Services. At Spell Witch we value one-to-one personalised care, supported by a spiritual point of view. You are requesting a spirituality-based service tendered from experience, specialised knowledge, and personalised attention. Thus, our services are non-refundable. All service fulfillments are final. Nonetheless, we at Spell Witch want to ensure that you glean the most value from your spiritual experience with us, and so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. We would be more than happy to attend to you and see what we can do to resolve any concerns you may have.

Chargebacks. Spell Witch will not continue to provide service to customers who file chargebacks. You can cancel our services at any time by contacting customer support. All documentation and email correspondence if applicable will be handed over to our merchant to support proof that you have received the Service and authorised any charges from us. We do not tolerate chargeback fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted through criminal proceedings in your local jurisdiction to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action in your local jurisdiction seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues. In the event of a chargeback we are entitled to terminate the rights granted to you under these Terms, including the Confidentiality Terms, and demand repayment of the full amount outstanding.

Confidentiality. Spell Witch exercises reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and we will not voluntarily, knowingly, intentionally, or willfully disclose your identity or the contents of your correspondence with us to third parties. However, if Spell Witch genuinely believes disclosure is required to: (1) prevent imminent harm or risk of harm to yourself or to another, (2) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or (3) protect or defend Spell Witch against claims or threats of claims, then Spell Witch reserves the right to do so to the extent reasonably necessary. We have the right to disclose information without your prior permission if Spell Witch has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of Spell Witch, its employees, clients, or the public. Please keep in mind that no legally recognised privilege exists between a spell caster and client the way a privilege might exist between an attorney and client, doctor and patient, husband and wife, or priest and penitent.

Disclosure of Limitations. The spirituality-based services of Spell Witch of should never be used in place of professional counseling. Your consultation with us cannot offer legal, medical, business, or financial advice nor does any portion of your consultation with Spell Witch purport to do so. You should not rely on any such spirituality-based service to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. Also, spirituality-based services by Spell Witch cannot replace qualified mental health care. A consultation can only facilitate how you cope spiritually with a given situation.

We have the right to terminate work with a client at any time if the client does not accept the results of our work (the rituals performed) and / or does not follow simple recommendations on working on themselves and the situation, but will instead meet their own other negative needs (manipulation, imposing own conditions, etc.)

Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Spell Witch customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate service termination.

Intellectual Property. You agree that Spell Witch's Service contains proprietary Content that is owned by the Company and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing or uploading Spell Witch Content to sharing sites is considered stealing, and the Company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Company provides you with Spell Witch Content solely for your personal, noncommercial use, and you agree that you will not use such proprietary Content in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement. You will not use Spell Witch Content or the Content available in the Product in a manner that constitutes an infringement of the Company’s rights or that has not been authorised in writing by the Company. More specifically, unless explicitly authorised in this Agreement, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from Spell Witch Content. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Site for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

By purchasing access to our Services, you agree:

• not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of the Company and its liaisons;
• that any confidential information shared by Spell Witch liaisons or any of the Company’s representatives is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the liaison who discloses it or to the Company;
• not to disclose such confidential information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with Spell Witch liaisons and representatives;
• that all Content provided to you by the Company is the Company’s confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property, belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may be used by you only as authorised by the Company;
• the reproduction, distribution and sale of the Content by anyone other than the Company is strictly prohibited; and
• that if you violate, or threaten to violate, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph we will be entitled to, among other things, injunctive relief to prohibit such violations.

Third Party Material and Websites. The Company may provide links to third-party materials and websites as a convenience to you and other Spell Witch clients. These third-party materials and websites are not part of the Spell Witch Service and they may be either withdrawn or terminated at any time without any liability on the part of the Company. You agree that you will be responsible for all payment and other obligations associated with your use of any and all third-party materials and websites. In addition, you agree that the Company is not responsible for examining and evaluating the content and accuracy of any third-party materials and websites, and the Company does not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. You further agree that you will not use any third-party materials and websites in a manner that would infringe or violate the rights of any other party and that the Company will not be liable for your improper use of third-party materials and websites.

Reservation of Right. From time to time, as would be ordinary for any business, Spell Witch may modify the Terms of Service and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion accordingly. The terms your service with us will be bound by will be the terms applicable at the time your service was rendered.
